The story goes that that year, Hanoi city police caught a bicycle thief.
He stole about 3,000 bicycles, and was never caught.

So after catching him, Hanoi police were very careful, taking pictures of him in every position to keep records, in case he escaped again, and stole another 3,000 bicycles, which would be really very troublematic.

But just after taking the 8th photo, the thief attacked the police. He pushed the young police officers who were taking photos of him, then jumped through the window, from the second floor to the first floor, but no injuries at all.

If only the police could jump from the second floor to the first floor like him, without crippling their legs, no breaking their heads, no breaking their arms, no cartilage in their spine, no crushing their noses, no breaking their teeth,,, like him, it would be wonderful, will be the best police officers ever had in history of Vietnam police force.
But while the police officers were shaking their heads and sticking out their tongues admiring the thief, the thief hopped out of the gate of headquarters at 7 Thuyen Quang Street, and disappeared into the crowded crowd of people walking bustlingly on the street, and ran away.
The police rushed to the streets to look for him, but could not find him, he disappeared as if by invisibility.
The police were very worried that if they didn’t catch him again, more bicycles would be stolen, they would be scolded by their superiors, they would lose points in the competition, and the people who lost their bicycle would call to police to complain, criticism, then will stop increasing salary, promotion,,,

The police scratched their heads, thinking and worrying about how to catch him again.
The police immediately announced to the mass media the identity of the thief, and about his spectacular jumping from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor as mentioned above.

-Yes, I think it’s probably him, because he’s limping, maybe because of the jumping from the second floor to the first floor yesterday at your police headquarters. And I recognized his face like in a police notice. He was wearing a hood, but I still recognized him.
-OK, thank you, we will contact Lang Son police immediately.
After that, Hanoi police immediately called Lang Son police, informed them of the possibility that the master thief would arrive in Lang Son in a few hours, and requested Lang Son police to arrange forces at all locations of all bus stops to catch him.
