Recently, reading the news on the internet, I saw a lot of advice from so-called famous nutritionists in the world, and especially in the US, advising people to eat a variety of canned foods, many types of nuts, many types of vegetables, tubers that are nutritious, good for health,,,.
For example:
-Drink lemon soda, it’s very good for your health, for your skin.
-Don’t throw away the lemon peel, “squeezing the lemon and throwing away the peel” is not recommended, because the lemon peel is nutritious.
-3 types of nuts that are more nutritious than eggs: almonds, peanuts, pistachios.
-Best frozen vegetables for better cholesterol: green beans, almonds, spinach, cauliflower, edamame, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms,,,
-Diary, milk, cheese, avocado.
-Canned beans, such as white beans, kidney beans, green beans, still retain nutrients after 5 years of canning,,,.
This is really toxic advices, you should be careful, and listen to your own reactions to the above “nutritious” foods.
Since President Trump in November 2024 nominated Mr. Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. – also known as RFK jr. (born January 17, 1954), a relative of the late US President Kennedy, to be the position of US Secretary of Health, the information opposing Mr. Kennedy in the US became even stronger, because Mr. Kennedy was against processed foods, canned foods, soda, vaccines, and some American newspapers tried to promote processed foods, McDonald’s sandwiches, Pepsi drinks, Coca-Cola, vaccines, etc.
The US press also reported that a madam relative of Mr. Kennedy spoke out against this nomination by President Trump, that her relative, Mr. RFK Jr., was very wrong to oppose processed foods, industrial foods, and to oppose vaccines.
Looking at the photo of this Madam Kennedy relative, it is really horrible, her face is skinny, her skin is wrinkled, dry like fish scales, her eyes are sunken like a skull, looking at her, it is clear that she is a typical person who always eats industrially processed food, so her skin is terribly bad.
First, the most basic knowledge about food, is that fresh food is better than processed food, and better than dry food.
Everyone knows that basic knowledge of nutrition.
All the above nuts, such as almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, black beans, green beans, red beans, white beans,,,, are dry nuts, and if we eat a lot of dry foods, our skin will be bad, dry, and cracked.
3 years ago, when the corona started, I listened to this ignorant advice, I bought and ate the above nuts every day, almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, black beans, green beans, red beans, white beans, sesame seeds, millet, red coix seeds, especially almonds, because nutritionists call almonds the “queen of nuts“, because “almond contain countless nutrients and minerals that are essential for the body”!!!.
Of course, only dry nuts, no fresh nuts.
After 6 months of diligently eating the above nuts, my skin started to dry out, my eyelids were so dry that they no longer had the elasticity to close and open my eyes, I couldn’t open my eyes in the morning when woke up, because my eyelids were dry and hard like grilled rice paper.
And the muscles of my whole body became flabby, limp, unable to carry my body, sitting anywhere for a few minutes would cause pain, because the muscles in my buttocks were too flabby, unable to carry my body, and the hip bones, buttocks were stuck to the seat, causing pain.
I thought that maybe it was because the seats were not soft, so I bought a series of seats with soft cushions, replacing all the hard seats-chairs, but it didn’t solve anything, when sitting, it was still painful.
Even when lying down to sleep, my body started to hurt, because the back muscles were too flabby.
And I started having insomnia, couldn’t sleep, had to take sleeping pills.
I went to the doctor, but no doctor could diagnose what was wrong with me.
Finally, I diagnosed my illness myself, I thought it was just because I ate the above mentioned dried nuts, because my life had not changed at all, still normal as usual, still eating regularly, enough nutrients, enough meat, fish, vegetables, exercising regularly, running 5 km once a week, no alcohol, no beer, no smoking, walking about 5 km every day.
The only difference was that I ate the nuts according to the ignorant advice of American, German, British, French nutritionists, including those of the famous Harvard University in the US, and even some so-called Nobel Prize winners.
I immediately stopped eating those dried nuts, returned to eating normally, and only ate fresh food, never ate dried food again. After 3 months, my health returned to normal, my muscles were firm, I slept well.
Second, I threw away all soft chairs, replaced them with hard chairs, returning to nature, like animals sitting on hard ground, on rocks, on tree roots,,,.
When I travel by plane or by taxi, there are always soft chairs, I find that is not good, it blocks the blood circulation in the body.
I always bring a hardcover book, put it under the soft chair on the plane, to sit on the hardcover book, and my blood does not stagnate, does not cause body aches, no more my butt getting hurts from sitting on a soft seat on an airplane for a long time.
I think that airplane designers completely do not understand that hard seats are better than soft seats, because hard seats do not obstruct blood circulation in the body, while soft seats obstruct blood circulation in the hips, buttocks, and thus obstruct blood circulation to the whole body.
Muslims and Islam people have a very smart way of sitting, they sit flat, lean back, half lie, half sit, use their hands and backs to support the pillow behind them, to reduce the pressure of the body on the hips and buttocks, and reduce the obstruction of blood circulation.
Let’s look at animals, such as cats, dogs, buffaloes, cows, pigs, chickens, tigers, leopards, deer, etc. They all have a comfortable sitting posture on the ground, half lying, half sitting, stretching all four limbs, stretching their backs, stretching half their bodies on the ground, not sitting on their buttocks like modern humans which causing stagnation of blood and energy in the body.
The way Muslims and Islam sit, lean, half lying, half sitting, leaning back, leaning on their arms is very similar to the way animals sit, lean, and rest comfortably, better than the way humans sit on soft chairs.
Third, oxalate toxins and anti-nutrients are found in vegetables and tubers.
Please read the book “Toxic Superfoods” by American female doctor Sally K. Norton, in which she explains about vegetables, seeds, beans, tubers, etc. that contain a lot of oxalate toxins, and how this oxalate poison destroys our health, skin, and sleep.
Animals all have weapons against enemies, such as fangs, claws, horns, limbs, nails, etc. Even a weak rabbit has big ears to listen, and when it hears a dangerous sound, it runs quickly to escape the danger.
But what about vegetables, tubers, seeds, and fruits?
They do not have any weapons to fight against enemies, so nature gives vegetables, seeds, tubers, and fruits a powerful weapon, which is poison, the most common of which is oxalate, in addition to many other types of poisons that are called anti-nutrients. When humans and animals eat a lot of these vegetables, seeds, tubers, and fruits, they will be poisoned, and if mild, they will get sick, if severe, they will die.
Almonds and spinach have the most oxalate toxins, if eaten a lot, it will cause insomnia, bad skin, and disorders in the body’s functions.
Other nuts, such as cashews, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, black bean, red beans, white beans, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, sweet potatoes, potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, avocados, etc., all have more or less of these oxalate toxins, so we should eat them in moderation.
We cannot avoid 100% of the oxalate toxins in vegetables, tubers, and fruits, but we should understand and eat them in moderation.
While eating, listen to your body’s reaction.
What about fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, and butter? Nutritionists are trying to promote the benefits of milk and dairy products.
But we should remember that animals and humans only drink breast milk of mother, after weaning, leaving the mother’s breast, animals and humans do not drink milk anymore.
Milk and dairy products of humans today are far inferior in nutrition to breast milk of mothers, and if you eat and drink a lot of milk, you may grow a few centimeters taller, because milk and cheese have a lot of calcium. But your bones are softer, more porous, and more prone to breaking.
I also listened to the advice of nutritionists, drinking milk, eating cheese, eating butter, and green butter – the kind of butter produced by cows eating fresh grass in the field, not produced by cows eating dry grain and dry straw.
But my nose is blocked when I sleep. I don’t know why my nose is blocked when I sleep, I wake up from time to time because my nose is blocked, I can’t sleep.
Then, I happened to read the book “Radical Medicine” by American female doctor Louisa L. Williams, there was a passage that said: “Low-grade tonsils and sinus focal infections can often be completely resolved by simply removing all dairy and sugar products”.
I think that tonsils and nasal cavity affect the airways of noses, nasal, nostril, so when I stopped eating all kinds of milk, butter, cheese, my nose was also cleared up, no more stuck.
It was amazing.
Therefore, when you drink milk and eat dairy products, which are all industrial, processed foods, you should also listen to your body.
Your body’s natural reaction is the best doctor to diagnose your illness.
What about vaccines?
I am a person who does not believe in vaccines, like Mr. Kennedy said above, because I think vaccines are also a type of industrial food, they are not natural, and natural foods are better than industrial foods.
When there was corona-COVID19, I did not get vaccinated, and did not wear a mask, because I thought vaccines were only harmful, and masks were very dirty and smelly, wearing a mask was no different than wearing a mobile infectious disease center right in my mouth and nose.
That was suicide.
On the train in Tokyo at that time, in 2020-2022, I was the only one not wearing a mask, the rest, 99.999999,,,,% of Japanese people wore masks when getting on the train.
Everyone looked at me like an alien from another planets. Fortunately, Japanese law does not require people to wear masks when getting on the train or bus.
In the book “Radical Medicines” mentioned above by American female doctor William, there are many data about the harmful and dangerous effects of the vaccine as following:
Measles:
-In 1989, in Quebec, Canada, vaccinated, 84% got sick, not vaccinated, only 16%.
-In 1991, in Colorado college, USA, vaccinated, 98% got sick, not vaccinated, only 2%.
Polio (which US President Roosevelt got in 1921, when he was 39 years old)
-In 1958, Tennessee-USA, before mandatory vaccination for the whole population, only 119 people got sick, after mandatory vaccination for the whole population, the number of people with polio skyrocketed to 386 people, an increase of 3 times.
Mumps:
In 1991, Massachusetts, Westwood, had a vaccine: 94% got mumps, without a vaccine, only 6% got mumps.
In 2019, the whole world got COVID19 flu, and now, in 2024, it’s almost gone.
People think it’s thanks to the vaccine.
But I believe it’s not thanks to the vaccine, but thanks to the natural resistance of humans, after more than 2 years of COVID, humans gradually adapt, produce antibodies to fight corona, and there’s no vaccine.
The merit of the vaccine is just a fly landing on the back of a horse, and the horse pulling the cart, but the fly said, it’s thanks to me pulling the cart that the cart has reached its destination.
It is similar to the example that Scottish cardiologist Sir James Mackenzie FRS FRCP (12 April 1853 – 26 January 1925), a pioneer in the study of arrhythmia, used to compare the effects of vaccines more than 100 years ago.
At that time, more than 100 years ago, French physician Luis Pasteur had just invented vaccines, and claimed that vaccines could cure all epidemics.
Sir Dr. MacKenzie humorously said:
There was a man who was sick, and was nourished with a bowl of delicious, nutritious meat soup, and added some spices such as garlic, onions, and peppers for flavor, and he was cured, and people said that it was thanks to the spices of garlic, chili, and pepper, not because of the nutritious meat soup.

Try to do the experiment yourself, eat fresh foods, and eat industrial foods to compare, and eat foods with low oxalate toxins, and fruits and vegetables that have high oxalate toxins, such as almonds, spinach, beans, vegetables, fruits, nuts as above, as recommended by American nutritionists, and eat natural foods, lots of meat, lots of fish, lots of eggs, plus enough vegetables, fiber, starch that has low oxalate toxins, to see the results.
According to Dr. Sally Norton in the book Toxic Superfoods, the following vegetables and seeds contain a lot of oxalate, you should avoid eating them, or eat very little:
– spinach, almonds, carrots, tomatoes, black beans, red beans, white beans, cereals, potatoes with skin, sweet potatoes, chocolate of all kinds, broccoli, green tea, black tea, cocoa, star fruit, kiwi, blackberries, brown rice, whole grain bread, fig, soba noodles, teff, beet, chia seeds, sesame, soybeans of all kinds, tofu, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, chard,,,.
Americans have the highest rate of obesity in the world, over 40% of the US population is obese, and other diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, skin disease, cancer, neurological disease, crime, because they American eat a lot of processed industrial foods, and eat the above toxic vegetables, fruits and seeds, drink a lot of cola, pepsi, soda, softdrink,,,.
And when Mr. Kennedy opposed the above mentioned industrial foods and toxic foods and unhealthy drinks, he was severely criticized by some American newspapers, and fast food companies like McDonald’s, KFC fried chicken, Pepsi, cola,,, spoke out to curse him.
And those who believe in vaccines, believe in masks, are condemning Mr. Kennedy.
We remember that during the 2020 US election campaign, Mr. Biden held up a mask to brag about the effectiveness of masks, that masks would save the lives of millions of Americans. At that time, there were about 300,000 Americans infected with COVID, and panicked Americans voted for Biden, which is why Biden won the election.
But since Biden won the election to become the 46th President of the United States, more than a million Americans have contracted corona, and more than 300,000 Americans have died from corona, even though President Biden has mandated vaccination and mask wearing for all Americans.
And the vaccine companies continue to tirelessly promote the effectiveness of vaccines, and of course they condemn Mr. Kennedy, try to kick out Mr. Kennedy from the list of nominees of President Trump.///
